| Dear business associates, In German companies we are viewing thousands of successor-regulations; many of them cause the involved members great headaches. Therefore I am pleased that we have found a future-oriented solution for the next generations in our house. In the course of the continuation of our family company my children Christiane, Sabine and Ferdinand have taken over the full responsibility for clearly defined divisions starting from the 01.04.2003, in which they already worked successfully for several years. For myself - I will remain as a member of the board in the new founded PÜTZ Holding GmbH and attend from there the next steps in a bright future which creation lies in the hands of the "Young Ones".
