Quality Management Representative (m/f/d)

For our family-owned company in Taunusstein, we are looking for a Quality Management Representative (m/f/d) to start immediately on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities and Area of Responsibility:

• You are responsible for the entire quality management system within our company.
• You review and validate any necessary certification requirements.
• You organize and support external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, BRCS, customer audits) and independently conduct internal as well as supplier audits.
• You are responsible for customer and supplier complaint management, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
• You perform quality-relevant initial and series releases (e.g., ISIR, PPAP, FMEA, PSW, and MSA).
• You create supplier and customer specifications and monitor their implementation.
• You process Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) with customers.
• You visit customers and suppliers as needed regarding quality issues.
• You monitor and improve our internal quality standards as well as compliance with them (quality inspections).
• You identify quality risks and derive preventive measures for process and product improvement.
• You identify training needs from ongoing operations and conduct corresponding quality-related training sessions.

What We Are Looking For:

• Completed subject-related vocational training with verifiable additional qualifications, e.g., as a Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, or Auditor, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Professional experience in the automotive and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Audit experience is an advantage.
• Excellent German skills and good written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work in a team, with a flexible and independent work style.
• Negotiation-level and cooperative collaboration with our suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of MS Navision is an advantage, but not a requirement.
