Payroll and Financial Accountant (m/f/d) part-time

For our family business in Taunusstein, we are looking to fill a position immediately in part-time (approx. 25 hours/week) for a Payroll and Financial Accountant (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities and Area of Responsibility:
- HR:
- Independent processing of payroll accounting with DATEV for approx. 70 employees
- Maintenance and administration of time recording (ZMI system)
- Reporting to social insurance providers, authorities, employers’ liability insurance association (BG) and insurers
- Preparation of certificates and statistics
- Support during wage tax and social insurance audits
- Point of contact for employees on wage tax and social insurance matters
- Preparation of employment contract documents and references
- Processing of travel expense reports
- Financial accounting:
- Accounting support for smaller companies
- Preparatory work for the annual financial statements
- Fixed asset accounting for a smaller company
What We Are Looking For:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in payroll or financial accounting
- Professional experience in payroll accounting and financial accounting
- Confident use of DATEV desirable
- Good knowledge of tax and social insurance law
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and discretion
